    A complete digital ecosystem built from the ground up, connecting the customer website with the office and workshop.

    The need

    A driver with a flat tyre needs a clear route to help. Fitters need the job details, a way to quote and the tools to manage the work.

    What we built

    A connected customer and fitter platform covering help requests, nearby fitter quotations, in-app payments and live tracking. Dedicated fitter screens support available jobs, quoting, active work and earnings.

    • Drivers: request help, manage vehicles and follow their fitter’s progress.
    • Fitters: review available jobs, submit quotes and manage active work.
    • One platform: payments, activity history and earnings views.

    03HALO PHONE SOFTWARE & PARENT PLATFORM
    Halo Phone SEN interfaces, messages, apps and transparency screens

    Halo Phone

    The need

    A first phone should give children more independence while keeping parents involved. Halo also provides a distinct, adaptable experience for people with special educational needs (SEN).

    What we built

    A complete phone-and-app ecosystem: a supplied Samsung A17 with Halo software, separate kids and SEN interfaces, and a connected parent app for managing how the phone works.

    • Parent controls: approve apps, set daily limits, schedules and quiet hours, and review app usage.
    • Approved contacts: parents manage who can call or text, and approve or decline new contact requests.
    • Connected support: check-ins, location tools and adaptable phone settings, with clear information about what is shared.

    The app is live, with the public launch coming soon. Built to support independence as the user’s abilities grow.
